Paul Savelesky's 1955 Chevrolet Named Miss Elegance From 1957 to the 1962 World Fair Car Show in Seattle, WA Paul Savelesky with Miss Elegance won many trophy's and people choice awards. The last car show for Paul was in 1963. Miss Elegance appeared in many auto magazines such as Rod & Custom 1960, Hot Rod and Hot Rod Custom Year Book 1963 and 6 issues of Car Craft in 1963 & 1964. In 1965 Paul married Anna and sold the car to a buyer in Canada. But the story doesn't end here.
Custom 1955 Chevrolet In 1966 Miss Elegance was renamed "The Circuit Breaker" painted metal flake gold and attended many car shows in Canada. By 1972 this car was sold again and placed in storage until 1998 when Paul Savelesky purchased the car and Miss Elegance returned home. Paul then spent the next year completely restoring Miss Elegance to its original color, rebuilding the Buick engine and upgrading the electronic gadgets. According to Anna V. Savelesky widow of Paul Savelesky - "The joy he felt (restoring Miss Elegance) kept him going through the pain and rigors of chemo and radiation therapy". For his efforts Miss Elegance was featured in Rod & Custom 1999 & 2002 and Cruzin Magazine 2000 & 2001.
